Workshop Outline
8:30am - Arrival and check in
9:00am - Workshop begins
Session 1 explores - The framework of Support Coordination, What is your brand? (value proposition) and Reasonable and Necessary & Choice and Control
15 minute morning tea break - Refreshments provided
Session 2 explores - NDIS plan journey (from planning, check-in, variation, reassessment, S48, S100, reporting points, rights and complaints, participant service guarantee, AAT) as well as Plan budgets and management modes.
30 minute lunch break (approx 1:15 - 1:45pm) - delicious lunch provided
Session 3 explores - PAPL & Operational Guidelines and Coordinating supports (NDIS, community, mainstream)
15 minute afternoon tea break - Refreshments provided
Session 4 explores - Managing expectations, role boundaries & CoS self-care, Quality & safeguarding and Dignity of risk.
