Why take this course?
Billing for non-face-to-face (NF2F) time is a whopping part of the job for so many providers. Often, it’s the thing that keeps you financially viable. And if you’re not billing for any NF2F, then you may well be missing out. So it’s kinda important to get it right.
Yet at DSC we see a lot of inconsistency when it comes to designing effective NF2F activities, as well as billing for them accordingly. So what’s an ethical yet confused provider to do?
Our Updated Rules on NF2F for all Services workshop is a great place to start. Over two hours, we’ll show you how to stay on the right side of compliance, get updated on the new rules, boost revenue, and ultimately, deliver best practice NF2F. Because if we consider that every time a participant agrees to NF2F they’re choosing to skip another service, it’s worth getting right from both a business and participant perspective.
What you'll gain
Across two informative hours, we’ll cover…
