Why take this course?

The thing is, policies and procedures only work if they’re relevant, suitable and followed. But perhaps it’s easier said than done, with the NDIS Commission cracking down on providers whose policies and procedures aren’t correctly tailored or relevant to their practices (plus, it’s the first thing the Commission look out for when something goes wrong).

So, it’s an ideal time to get your house in order. This 2 hour workshop will go through what policies and procedures your organisation actually needs, steps for writing an effective policy and procedure, and how to make them relevant to what you do. Done well, policies and procedures can boost compliance, streamline your workplace, and keep the Commission out of your hair.
