Why take this course?
The NDIS doesn’t like to make things easy; and Home and Living Support Requests are no exception. In fact, it’s a total mess trying to find out simple details like what’s required in the request form, eligibility criteria, the evidence needed, and how to go about providing this evidence.
This practical workshop will clarify the eligibility criteria for Home & Living Supports including Individualised Living Options (ILO) and Supported Independent Living (SIL) as well as Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA). You will learn what reports and evidence are needed to submit with a Home & living Request and how to pitch these to the NDIA. By the end, you’ll feel confident knowing what to submit with a Home and Living Request as well as write and review all relevant reports so you can ultimately have the best chance of getting supports you’re after.
