Why take this course?
Looking to move from Support Coordination to Psychosocial Recovery Coaching? There are a lot of learners in DSC-land who are in the same boat – including those who have completed our Support Coordination Intensive and now want to move to our Psychosocial Recovery Coaching Intensive. The problem? There’s a lot of overlap in the NDIS fundamentals between both courses.
Created by popular demand, this one day workshop covers only what you need to know: The aspects of our Psychosocial Recovery Coaching Intensive that’s unique to PRC, without rehashing over the NDIS fundamentals from our Support Coordination Intensive.
This informative one day workshop will introduce the recovery-orientated relationship side of the PRC role, including mental health recovery framework, trauma informed care, capacity building for psychosocial disability, and working with other service interfaces. It’ll equip Support Coordinators with the foundational knowledge of working as a Psychosocial Recovery Coach.
