The new price guide indicates that New Build and Existing Stock SDA Prices have been increased by 2.1% and flags the NDIA's intentions to review SDA prices in line with CPI. The NDIA recently updated the Specialist Disability Accommodation Price Guide, increasing both New Build and Existing Stock prices by 2.1%.
