1. Who we are and what we offer
We're DSC. Our website shares training, events, articles, podcasts and information about our services. We also have an online learning platform where people can take training and admins can add/remove users from their teams, assign training and view their progress.
Our website is mainly for people and organisations connected to the NDIS, including providers, people with disability, their supporters, academics, advocates and others.
2. Using our website
To access our training platform, you’ll need to create an account.
If you’re an admin user, you can assign training, manage your team and export results.
All users must use the site respectfully and legally. If anyone misuses the site (like trying to break in, copy content, or post abusive material) we may suspend or block their account.
3. Buying and accessing training
We offer training in two main ways:
- Our workshops and events are only available as one-off purchases
- Our on-demand learning eg. webinars and eLearning modules are available by subscription or one-off purchase
You can pay by credit card (processed via Stripe) or by invoice.

We may update pricing or change what's available at any time.
4. Reviews and user content
You may be able to leave star ratings or written feedback on training you've done.
Unless you choose to submit your review anonymously, we may share your feedback publicly on our website. We won’t post your name if you ask us not to.
All reviews must be respectful and relevant. We may remove any comments that are offensive, spammy or inappropriate.
5. Content and limitations
Everything on our site is for information only.
Nothing we publish, including training, articles, podcasts, or emails should be taken as legal, financial, clinical or other professional advice. Always get professional advice when you need it.
We’re not responsible for decisions made based on the information on our site.
6. Ownership and reselling
All content on our site belongs to us or to the people who created it.
Even if you’ve paid to access our training, you can’t resell it, redistribute it or include it in your own paid products or services unless we give you written permission.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. If we do, we’ll update the page on our website.
