Why take this course?
Supported Independent Living (SIL) arrangements are changing to create more flexibility, variation and better outcomes for participants. But with this shift – no matter how positive – also comes significant changes to funding and quoting. So once again, it’s time to pivot.
An essential professional development opportunity, this two hour workshop will guide providers through how to adopt contemporary SIL approaches to respond to participant needs, while also making sure the SIL arrangement is financially viable (a rather important combination, if you ask us).
Start with a two hour workshop on contemporary funding and quoting techniques using the NDIA Roster of Care. Then, as an optional extra, you can choose to submit a Roster of Care of your choice using a real (deidentified) case and get tailored individual feedback and coaching from DSC’s experts on how to optimise it.
