Why take this course?

Reporting is one of the hardest parts of support coordination. Action plans, progress reports and reassessments all carry high expectations, yet many SCs are left to figure out what “good” looks like on their own. With PACE and the new NDIS Act shaping the way reports are written and used, it’s time to learn or update those report writing skills.

This workshop takes the guesswork out. Across two practical sessions, you’ll learn how to write action plans, implementation reports, progress reports and plan reassessment reports that are NDIS aligned and participant-focused. Through real examples and templates, you’ll be prepared to capture outcomes and risks in a way that supports better participant experiences and strengthens your practice.
